Abbi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She earned her Master's degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2014. She is currently licensed to provide therapy services in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Abbi has been formally trained in Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for School Age and Adolescents (PSB-CBT), Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT), Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI), and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools. She has also been trained in adaptations of evidenced based practices including Honoring Children, Mending the Circle (Native American cultural adaption of TF-CBT), and TF-CBT using Telehealth.
