Ingrid Mürrle, MA, for over 30 yrs in mental health treatment, Ingrid has used her bicultural skills to facilitate working with Latino families. While at Children's Institute, Ingrid has provided direct clinical services to hundreds of children & families who have experienced child abuse & neglect, family, & community violence. She is trained in various evidenced-based practices & promising practices including TF-CBT, PCIT, IY, & PSB-CBT. She provides expertise working with victims of child sexual abuse & youth with problematic sexual behavior (PSB). Ingrid is a consultant with OUHSC & NCSBY addressing cultural considerations with Latino families & the training needs of providers working with youth who have PSB, child victims, and their families. Additionally, Ingrid provides Mental Health First Aid training in both the Youth and Adult models of training. Ingrid is primarily focused on raising the standard of care to improve services to traumatized children, their families, and communities in Los Angeles.
