Karen Campion

Karen Campion MSW, is a bilingual supervisory therapist at the Tree House Child Advocacy Center in Montgomery County, MD. She provides trauma-focused therapies (TF-CBT, EMDR, and CFTSI) to child and teen survivors of abuse in

English and Spanish and co-facilitates an English-language school-age group in the Problematic Sexual Behavior - Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (PSB-CBT) program. Ms. Campion also clinically supervises LMSW and LCSW-C providers at the Tree House. She previously provided school-based therapy to children in elementary and middle schools and worked in an outpatient mental health center with clients of all ages. Prior to working as a clinical social worker, Ms. Campion completed a master's degree in international peace studies and worked with communities impacted by political violence in Nablus, Palestine and Gulu, Uganda.
