Linda Valenta (Sydney, Australia) is the Principal Therapist and founder of SAIFF - Support, Assessment & Intervention For Families, an outpatient, private therapeutic service for children and young people who engage in problematic sexual behaviour. For almost three decades, Linda has focussed her career and pursued her passion to prevent sexual harm by supporting families affected by sexual harm, and working with children and young people who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviour to be safe, healthy and responsible. Linda's Social Work and Couple and Family Therapy training (BSW, MSW) reflect strongly in her approach to responding to sexual harm by children with her focus being on providing interventions that support children and families in Being Safe (managing risk), Being Well (reducing risk) and Being Okay (minimizing harm and repair).
