Stephanie Bailey, MSW

Stephanie Bailey, MSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years' experience working with children, adolescents, and adults providing care in Central/Northern, New Jersey using evidence-based modalities to help clients work through specific needs they have identified. Providing education to families and stakeholders about trauma and sexual behavior in youth. Stephanie obtained her master's degree from Rutgers University in Social Work. She also has a master's degree from Centenary College in Business Administration. Stephanie has worked with a variety of individuals in various settings involving building programs, operations, mental health, education, in-home therapy, and child welfare. Currently she is the Program Manager for the Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB) program for New Jersey Children's Alliance. In her role as the Program Manager, she oversees the implementation of the statewide referral program for families affected by problematic sexual behaviors. Stephanie has worked in Child Welfare for over 15 years at Children's Aid and Family Services in North Jersey where she worked with youth in a group home and treatment home setting as an administrator and practitioner. Stephanie's core values and primary mission are grounded in empowering others to share their experiences with dignity and respect.
