Tabitha Fleming, PhD, MA

Tabitha Fleming, PhD is a clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). Dr. Fleming holds expertise in providing evidence-based and culturally-informed assessment and intervention for children of various ability levels who have experienced traumatic events and/or exhibit behavioral challenges, such as problematic sexual behaviors. Additionally, Dr. Fleming is an alumnus of LEND with research and clinical experience adapting trauma-informed treatments for children with IDD. Her research is focused on the interactive application of mixed-methods research which facilitates a healthier trajectory for underserved children of all ability levels and their families. Specifically, her research identifies factors which influence parenting and prevention/early intervention efforts for families.
