Guests traveling by air must purchase and reserve transportation to and from the Will Rogers World Airport (Airport Code: OKC).

The conference block is Government Per Diem rates at $98.00 + tax (USD) for 2 Room Suite (1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds).  The conference block is subject to availability and reservations must be made before January 29, 2023 to book under the special group rate.  After this date, the group rate will no longer be offered.
