The Juvenile Sex Offender Assessment Protocol - II (Professional Training)

    May 18 - 19, (ET)
The Juvenile Sex Offender Assessment Protocol II (J-SOAP II) is a checklist developed to aid in the systematic review of risk factors associated with sexual and criminal offending. It is used with boys between 12 and 18 years old who have been adjudicated for sexual offenses and non-adjudicated youths with a history of sexually coercive behavior. This LIVE training features Sue Righthand, PhD, one of the developers of the J-SOAP II. Dr. Righthand brings her extensive knowledge and experience with juvenile sexual risk and needs assessment to you in this interactive eight-hour training. With a content filled schedule over two days, her scientist-practitioner approach to instruction helps ground participants in relevant research while providing hands-on learning experiences in using the J-SOAP II responsibly and effectively.
