Earlybird Discount

The earlybird discount is eligible to receive a $50.00 discount, valid only for the 2-Day Symposium registration using Promotion Code Early2023.
Pre-Symposium Seminar registration is not eligible for discount.

Register online and make payment with credit/debit card by November 14, 2022.  After this date, the earlybird discount will no longer be offered. 

Lead Presenter Discount

The first presenter listed on the session is eligible to receive a $50.00 discount on 2-Day symposium registration and will be notified by email with the Promotion Code. 

Not eligible to be combined with more than one session or additional discounts. 

Group Discount

Single agencies registering five (5) or more participants are eligible to receive a $25.00 per person discount.  For authorization, please contact the NSSBY Administrator via email at OU-NCSBY@ouhsc.edu.

All group discount requests must be received prior to December 31, 2022.

Student Discount

Enrolled students are eligible to receive a 2-Day symposium rate of $175.00.  For authorization, please contact the NSSBY Administrator via email at OU-NCSBY@ouhsc.edu. 

Student discount requests must be received prior to December 31, 2022.  

Not eligible to be combined with additional discounts. 

Purchase Orders

Agency purchase orders for registration can only be accepted with prior authorization from the NSSBY Administrator.  For authorization, please contact the NSSBY Administrator via email at OU-NCSBY@ouhsc.edu.

All purchase order authorization requests must be received prior to December 31, 2022.

Invoices will be sent once symposium has convened.  Payments must be paid within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Registration with the same session choices may be transferred to another participant at any time at no charge.  Cancellation of the registration must be made in writing by January 15, 2023 to receive refund, less a $75.00 administrative service charge. No refunds will be given if cancellation is received within 30 days of symposium, or if the registrant fails to attend.  In the event the symposium is cancelled, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

All refunds will be processed after the symposium concludes.
