The 2025 Rx for Oklahoma Prescription Assistance Program application period has been extended. Apply in OKGrants by June 21, 2024.
The Oklahoma Department of Commerce (Commerce) is accepting applications across the state to implement and manage the Rx for Oklahoma Prescription Assistance Program from:
- Local public and/or private nonprofit social service entities
- County human service departments
- County health departments
- Community mental health centers
A frequently asked questions (FAQ) document will be uploaded on the link above and revised regularly during the application period.
All grant applications must be submitted through OKGrants. Applications are due June 21, 2024.
The application contract term begins July 1, 2024 with 4 one-year options to renew (maximum of 5 years).
