I am a Lead Contract/Grant Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where I have been employed since 2008. I have been in the role of PSB T/TA Program Coordination/Management for the Problematic Sexual Behavior - Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy™ (PSB-CBT™) Training and Technical Assistance Program since 2010. I developed and maintain the PSB-CBT T/TA website, manage training and technical assistance for professionals locally, nationally and internationally, manage multi-media approaches to training, regularly evaluate the training provided, and prepare multiple federal and state grant reports (quarterly and semi-annual). As the Symposium Director for the National Symposium on Sexual Behavior of Youth, since its inception in 2017, I also developed and maintain the website, co-manage the Planning Committee, and all aspects of the symposium planning and dissemination. I also oversee the management of the fidelity monitoring for the PSB-CBT T/TA Program, and the social media forums for the National Center on the Sexual Behavior of Youth.
