Earlybird Discount

The earlybird discount is eligible to receive a $65.00 discount, valid only for the 2-Day Symposium registration. Discount will automatically be applied through the Cvent registration platform.

Pre-Symposium Seminar registration is not eligible for discount. 

Register online and make payment with credit/debit card by November 15, 2024.  After this date, the earlybird discount will no longer be offered and/or applied. 

Lead Presenter Discount

The first presenter listed on the session is eligible to receive a $75.00 discount on 2-Day symposium registration. Discount will automatically be applied through the Cvent registration platform.

Not eligible to be combined with additional discounts (including Earlybird and/or Group). 

Group Discount

Single agencies registering five (5) or more participants are eligible to receive a 10% discount off the regular registration rate for each attendee in the group.  Groups registering more than five (5) participants will need to know the name and email of each participants when registering as a group.  Each group member will receive an email confirmation.  Please note that ALL Group Members being added for the Group Discount must register for the same registration item (i.e., Pre-Symposium + 2-Day Symposium (February 25-27, 2025)” admission item or for “2-Day Symposium (February 26-27, 2025)” admission item) to make the Volume Discount work. 

Pre-Symposium Only (February 25, 2025) registration is not eligible for Group Discount.

All group discounts must be received prior to December 31, 2024.

Student Discount

Purchase Orders

Agency purchase orders for registration can only be accepted with prior authorization from the NSSBY Administrator.  For authorization, please contact the NSSBY Administrator via email at OU-NCSBY@ouhsc.edu.

All purchase order authorization requests must be received prior to December 31, 2024.

Invoices will be sent once symposium has convened.  Payments must be paid within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Registration may be transferred to another participant at any time at no charge.  Cancellation of the registration must be made in writing by January 15, 2025 to receive refund, less a $75.00 administrative service charge. No refunds will be given if the registrant fails to attend.  In the event the symposium is cancelled, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.

All refunds will be processed after the symposium concludes.
