Transportation

Guests traveling by air must purchase and reserve transportation to and from the Will Rogers World Airport (Airport Code: OKC).

  • Transportation to the venue is available at the expense of the guest through airport shuttle, taxi service, Uber and Lyft.
  • Taxi Service is located at the Transportation Plaza accessed from the baggage claim (lower) level.
  • Public and Private Vans are on-site to meet all scheduled flights and transport incoming passengers.
  • To arrange for pickup, reservations must be made prior to departure by clicking here.

Lodging

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel and Conference Center is located at 2501 Conference Drive in Norman, Oklahoma 73069 and centrally located by many restaurants and activities. 

The conference block is Government Per Diem rates at $107.00 + tax (USD) for 2 Room Suite (1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds).  The conference block is subject to availability and reservations must be made before January 31, 2025 to book under the special group rate.  After this date, the group rate will no longer be offered.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available for guests lodging at the Embassy Suites by Hilton - savings of $10.00 per night.
