Transportation

Guests traveling by air must purchase and reserve transportation to and from the Will Rogers World Airport (Airport Code: OKC).

• Transportation to the venue is available at the expense of the guest through airport shuttle, taxi service, Uber and Lyft.
• Taxi Service is located at the Transportation Plaza accessed from the baggage claim (lower) level.
• Public and Private Vans are on-site to meet all scheduled flights and transport incoming passengers.

Lodging

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Norman Hotel and Conference Center is located at 2501 Conference Drive in Norman, Oklahoma 73069 and centrally located by many restaurants and activities. 

The conference block is Government Per Diem rates at $110.00* + tax (USD) for 2 Room Suite (1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds).  The conference block is subject to availability and reservations must be made before January 31, 2025 to book under the special group rate.  After this date, the group rate will no longer be offered.
*Please note the Government Per Diem Rate increased to $110.00 starting October 1, 2024.  All prevailing reservations will be increased.

Parking

• Attendees staying overnight at the hotel DO NOT need use this parking pass.  All hotel guests will receive a complimentary parking pass or code when they check in to the hotel. 
• If you are attending, but are not an Embassy hotel guest, you will still need to use the complimentary group parking pass to waive parking fees for each day they are at the conference. 
• Attendees will need to complete the parking pass form as soon as they arrive at the hotel for the conference.  There is a parking management company that will be monitoring the parking lots and ticketing guests/attendees that do not have their cars registered.

Child Care Services

All participants of NSSBY will be provided information regarding child care and nursing supports. Those who need child care will be able to connect with local one-time sitters for events or local daycare centers through these three options:

(1) Care.com is a network of background checked caregivers (CareCheck initial screening, criminal records search, motor vehicle records check, and investigative criminal plus check) before interacting with families.

(2) Jovie.com offers hotel babysitting services for families on vacation looking to meet the needs of their guests.

(3) Seeking Sitters members are provided with an efficient online account providing the ability to make a sitter request, view the babysitting team and set sitter preference.  Further, a quiet room near the NSSBY sessions will be available for nursing caregivers to have a private location for use during the symposium.
