Advanced PCIT-PSB

Advanced Training for Therapists Trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to Address Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB) Within PCIT Services

Clinicians using this treatment addendum should be first trained in PCIT and meet the certification requirements from PCIT International. The purpose of this addendum is to assist clinicians in delivering services to young children who present with both disruptive behavior problems and co-occurring problematic sexual behavior.

Requirements

  1. Trained in PCIT and met certification requirements
  2. Complete PCIT for PSB Application
  3. Complete Prework (required readings and video training series)
  4. Attend 1.5-day virtual training and 12 months of consultation calls
  5. Submit 3 sessions for fidelity review and feedback.




Cost for Advanced PCIT-PSB Training

Cost of training and materials would be covered by NCTSN Scholarships.
*Provider time costs are not included.
