Stephanie Wolf, JD, PhD

Stephanie Wolf, JD, PhD, Licensed Psychologist with a multijurisdictional clinical practice. She has been working with children and families for over 15 years. She routinely teaches as an Adjunct Professor including at the University of Maryland College Park and at George Washington University. Additionally, Dr. Wolf values giving back to the community and currently serves as the co- chair for the legislative committee of the Maryland Psychological Association and is a founding board member of the TRUE Center an organization dedicated to prevention, treatment, and education of child trauma.

Dr. Wolf has joined the training team of the National Center on the Sexual Behavior of Youth at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She provides training in the Problematic Sexual Behavior – Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy model for school-age children and also provides trainings as a Within Agency Trainer. She frequently presents on the model to organizations, schools, and government agencies within the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

Dr. Wolf has training in a variety of evidence based treatments and is certified as a Level 1 Trainer in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in the Circle of Security Parenting Program. Dr. Wolf has also met fidelity in the Child Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI) and in the Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT).

Dr. Wolf holds a Juris Doctor degree and is licensed to practice law in both Maryland and Washington DC. In addition to her other roles, Dr. Wolf testifies nationally as an expert witness in a variety of criminal and civil cases.
