Kate Theimer, Ph.D.

Kate Theimer, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor and Licensed Psychologist at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) in Oklahoma City, OK. She received her PhD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and completed her pre-doctoral internship and two years of post-doctoral fellowship at OUHSC. She is a National Trainer in PSB-CBT-S, PSB-CBT-A, and a WATer Trainer in PSB-CBT-S.

Dr. Theimer leads group therapy services for the Adolescents with Problematic Sexual Behaviors (PSB-A) Program. Dr. Theimer also serves youth utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
